Fully equipped chef's kitchen. Short drive to the beach! Our place has everything you will need for a perfect and memorable getaway with your family, friends and loved ones. It has 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 5 bathrooms, equipped with a chef's kitchen that has everything one would need to cook amazing meals. We provide everything beyond just the necessity, such as towels, BBQ accessories, board games, pool lounge chairs, umbrellas, and many more. The home has central air/AC system perfect for year round comfort, an outdoor fire pit, an indoor fireplace, of course the pool and the hot tub as well as many separate outdoor zones fitting every need. Step through the front door and you are greeted by the dramatic center staircase, with massive fireplaced living room on one side; sophisticated kitchen and dining room and half bath on the other. Joining the garage to the main house is the fabulous glassed sunroom with laundry and half bath. Bathrooms are new, classic, and luxurious! For your wellness, we provide yoga mats and pool floats. All showers are Vitamin C-infused, and drinking water is extra filtered through a reverse osmosis system. Pool opens early May to late September. Strong Wi-Fi connection for work from home. Two office desk accompanied with two office chairs! You will have full access to the property. The house is professionally maintained by a team of landscapers, cleaners, and pool technicians ensuring the top quality for your stay. Host is available to answer any questions around the clock if you need. Please keep in mind that this is not a party house. Since June 2022, Airbnb has officially permanently banned all parties and events in all properties globally. No confetti, powder, fireworks, pinata, or similar activities allowed.
